The operation resulted in the arrest of Top 4 Most Wanted Person identified as Alexis Busico y Lanian a.k.a. Papa Boyet, 37 years old, male, single, backhoe operator and a resident of Ph. 1, Barangay Lunzuran, Zamboanga City. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for āRapeā with criminal case no. 362208 issued by Presiding Judge Hon Peter V Eisma, Branch 15, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Zamboanga City dated July 4, 2017 with no bail bond recommended. Further, he is presently under the custody of the said police station prior turn-over to court concerned.

He was charged for āFrustrated Murderā with criminal case no. 43336 issued by Presiding Judge Hon Vera T Vergara, Branch 14, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Zamboanga City dated January 16, 2020 with a recommended bail bond amounting to ā± 200, 000.00. He is now under the custody of Zamboanga City Police Station 9 prior turn-over to court concerned.

PNP personnel of Tambulig Municipal Police Station (MPS) together with Clarin Municipal Police Station (MPS) – Misamis Occidental, 902nd Maneuver Company – RMFB9, 1st Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company, and Zamboanga del Sur Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit conducted law enforcement operation through service of warrant of arrest at Purok 1, Barangay Sagrada Familia, Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur at 3:50 PM of June 25, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Nelson Villamino Lagjeras, 67 years old, male, single, farmer and a resident of Purok 1, Don Victoriano, Misamis Occidental. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for violation of Sec. 5(B) of RA 7610 in relation to Sec. 2(H) Article 336 of RPC with criminal case no. 8684 issued by Acting Presiding Judge. Hon. Roy P. Murallon, 10th Judicial Region, RTC Branch 35, Ozamis City, Misamis Occidental dated November 13, 2018 with bail bond recommended fixed at ā± 180,000.00. He is now temporarily detained at Tambulig MPS custodial prior turn-over to Clarin MPS.

PNP personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 5 conducted anti-illegal drugs operation at Barangay San Roque, Zamboanga City at 10:20 PM of June 25, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Midzfar Jahad y Jaiton a.k.a. āMidzā, 35 years old, male, married, driver, high school level, and a resident of Barangay San Roque, Zamboanga City. Recovered during the operation were five (5) heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected Shabu with an estimated value of ā± 408, 000.00 weighing 60 grams, One (1) piece waist bag, one (1) Oppo Smart phone and Five (5) pieces of ā± 100.00 bill as marked money. He is now under the custody of the said police station in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered sachets of suspected Shabu will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination.

PNP personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 11 conducted anti-illegal drugs operation at Barangay Baliwasan, Zamboanga City at about 9:00 PM of June 25, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Javier Ladjawan y Lipae, 40 years old, male, married, jobless, high school graduate, and a resident of Barangay Sinunuc, Zamboanga City. Recovered during the operation were ten (10) heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected Shabu with an estimated value of ā± 346, 000.00 weighing 51 grams, one (1) pouch and one (1) piece of ā± 500.00 bill as marked money. He is now under the custody of Zamboanga City Police Station 11 in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered sachets of suspected shabu will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination.
Shooting Incident
A shooting incident transpired at Purok San Flower, Barangay Katipunan, RT Lim, Zamboanga Sibugay at 3:50 PM of June 25, 2021. Victim was identified as Jumar Canoy Catiil, 33 years old, married, fish vendor and a resident of Barangay Ali-Alsree, RT Lim, Zamboanga Sibugay. He was shot by unidentified suspects (motorcycle riding criminals). Initial investigation revealed that prior to the incident, victim was at his stall selling fish when two (2) unidentified suspects on board a red Honda CBR 150, stopped in front of him and suddenly shot him using undetermined caliber of firearm. However, he was not hit and on the second shot, allegedly, the firearm of the suspects jammed, giving the victim a chance to immediately run while suspects fled towards Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay on board their motorcycle. Recovered at the crime scene was one (1) bullet/slug from undetermined caliber of firearm. PNP personnel of RT Lim Municipal Police Station are now conducting hot pursuit operation for the arrest of the suspects.
Man Arrested in Drug Buy-Bust Operation in Siocon
Municipal Drug Enforcement team of Siocon Municipal Police Station (MPS) together with 2nd Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Mobile Force Company and 905th Maneuver Company-RMFB9 conducted drug buy-bust operation at Barangay S. Arabi, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte at 10:40 PM of June 25, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Hasser Alabi Esmael, aka āāSingā 39 years old, male, single, Jobless, elementary level, and a resident of Barangay S. Arabi Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte. Confiscated items were the following: one (1) small sachet of suspected Shabu (buy bust item) with an estimatedĀ grams of 0. 0920; one (1) large sachet of suspected Shabu with an estimated weight of 3 grams amounting to ā± 20,400.00 (possession), two (2) small sachet of suspected Shabu (possession item) with an estimated weight of 0.2200 grams; one (1) piece of five hundred (ā± 500.00) peso bill as buy-bust money, four (4) rolled tin foil, seven (7) aluminum tin foil used as totter, two (2) aluminum tin rolled foil, four (4) pieces disposable lighter, one (1) piece of improvised seller made of coconut stick, one (1) unit cellular phone (Vfone) and; twenty (20) pieces Philippine money worth of ā± 5,400.00 in a different denomination. Estimated weight of suspected Shabu is 3.312 grams with estimated value of ā± 22,500.00. Confiscated items will be brought to Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Crime Laboratory OfficeĀ for examination. The suspect is now under the custody of Siocon MPS for proper disposition.
