Clifford Rodila Fernando, top 5 most wanted person of Talusan, 23 years old, male, single, student and resident of Barangay Laparay, Talusan, Zamboanga Sibugay was arrested by PNP personnel of Talusan Municipal Police Station (MPS) in North Eastern Mindanao Academy, Barangay Los Angeles, Butuan City at about 10:15 am of June 21, The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Rape in relation to R.A. 7610 (2 counts) with no bail recommended issued by Hon. Josefino P. Bael, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 31, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay dated November 9, 2016, with criminal case nos. IM-16-13-12 and IM-16-13-13. He is now in the custody of Talusan MPS for proper disposition.

Fermin Sabsalon Luayon, 47 years old, married, elementary level, male, heavy equipment operator, and a resident of Suguilon, Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte was arrested by PNP personnel of Siayan Municipal Police Station (MPS) together with Zamboanga del Norte Highway Patrol Unit and Ramon Magsaysay Municipal Police Station (MPS) in a law enforcement operation against Wanted Person at Purok 2, Barangay Poblacion, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur at 11:30 AM of June 21, 2021. The operation was made by virtue of arrest warrant for violation of R.A. 9165 Art II Sec. 5, 11 and 12 docketed in criminal case nos. S-5440, S-5441 and S-5442 dated May 11, 2021 issued by Hon. Joel Gonzaga Vercide Presiding judge of RTC, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte with no bail bond. Ericson Libre Dilao, 25 years old, self-employed, college graduate, and a resident of Purok Malinawon B, Barangay Paglaum, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur was arrested by PNP personnel of Dumalinao Municipal Police Station together with Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit and 2nd Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company in an illegal drug-buy bust operation at Purok Malinawon B, Barangay Paglaum, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur at about 10:20 PM of June 21, 2021. Confiscated from the possession and control of suspect were the following: one piece small size heat-sealed transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu (buy-bust); two pieces small size heat-sealed transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be Shabu (possession) weighing more or less 0.10gram with an estimated market value of ₱ 680.00; and two pieces of Five Hundred peso (₱ 500.00) bill used as marked money. He is now temporarily detained at PDEA Lock-Up cell, Capitol Complex, Pagadian City, while a case for Violation of Sec. 5 and 11 of RA 9165 is now being prepared for filing in court.
Aldasa, FNU a.k.a. Aldasa Sala/Rudy Samson, 49 years old, male, married and resident of Sitio Cacawan, Barangay Lakiki, Sibuco, Zamboanga del Norte was arrested in a law enforcement operation conducted by 2nd Zamboanga City Mobile Force Company “Seaborne” (Lead Unit) together with Zamboanga City Police Station 1 and Sibuco Municipal Police Station (MPS) at Sitio Camias, Barangay Curuan, Zamboanga City at about 8:00 AM of June 21, 2021. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for Murder under criminal case no. 618 issued by Presiding Judge Oscar D Tomarong, Branch 27, 9th Judicial Region, Siocon Zamboanga del Norte with no bail recommended. He is also a member of Baletong KFR Group victimizing a wealthy businessmen couple Mr. Rufo C. Roda and Mrs. Helen M Roda on Sept 2, 2018 in Barangay Piakan, Sibuco, Zamboanga del Norte and a member of GFH Group Operating in Triple SB, Zamboanga del Norte involved in the killing of Late Sgt. Adaza Manamat, PA, on April 2006 at Barangay Panganuran, Sibuco, Zamboanga del Norte. He was turned over to Sibuco MPS.
Reynante Quinonez Alvarez, 32 years old, male, single, resident of Bagong Dalan, Barangay Talon-Talon loop, Zamboanga City was arrested in a law enforcement operation conducted by Zamboanga City Police Station 6 together with Regional Operations Division 9 in Natividad Street, Barangay Tetuan, Zamboanga City at 9:25 AM of June 21, 2021. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for Murder, Violation of RPC Art. 248Â under criminal case no. 48133 issued by Hon. Gregorio V. Dela Pena III of RTCÂ 9th Judicial Region., Branch 12, Zamboanga City dated June 16, 2021 with no bail bond recommended. He is presently under Zamboanga City Police Station 6 custody prior to turn over to court concerned.
Amil Indalmani y Akil a.k.a. “Amir” 18 years old, male, single and resident of Barangay Baliwasan, Zamboanga City Detection Management Unit of Zamboanga City Police Station 11 conducted Law Enforcement Operation through service of warrant of arrest at Baliwasan Seaside, Barangay Baliwasan, Zamboanga City At about 10:10 AM of June 21, 2021 by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Section 5 and 11, Article II of RA 9165 under criminal case no. 44892 and 77893 issued and signed by Hon. Gracelina G Bernardo, Presiding Judge, 9th Judicial Region, Region Trial Court in Cities, Branch 17, Zamboanga City dated June 24, 2020 with No bail bond stated in the warrant. Accused is presently under the custody of Zamboanga City Police Station 11 prior turn over to court concerned.
Madzki Musad y Hamsaji a.k.a. “Musad”, 38 years old, male, married, college undergraduate, jobless, resident of Campong Landang, Barangay Arena Blanco Zamboanga City was arrested by PNP personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 6 in a law enforcement operation through service of search warrant at about 2:00 PM of June 21, 2021, at Campong Landang, Barangay Arena Blanco, Zamboanga City. Recovered during the operation were Six (6) heat sealed plastic sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated value of ₱  28,000.00 weighing 4.11 grams. The search was made by virtue of search warrant no. 25-2021 issued by Hon. Eric D. Elumba, Br 9 RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Zamboanga City dated June 19, 2021. He is now under the custody of Zamboanga City Police Station 6 in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered sachets of suspected shabu will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination.
Reynante Talaugon y Legados, 29 years old, male, married, businessman and a resident of Triplet, Barangay San Jose Cawa-cawa, Zamboanga City was arrested by PNP personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 7 and 1st Zamboanga City Mobile Force Company in the conduct of Simultaneous Enhanced Managing Police Operation through service of search warrant at 5:55 PM of June 21, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of said suspect and confiscation of one (1) STI ranger as Caliber Pistol, seven (7) pieces live ammunitions and one (1) black magazine. The operation was made by virtue of search warrant no. 21-2021 for violation of R.A. 10591 (Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunitions) issued by the Presiding Judge, Peter V Eisma, RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 15, Zamboanga City dated June 21, 2021. He is now under the custody of Zamboanga City Police Station 7 in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court.
Nasser Adjula Y Majili, a.k.a. “Naser”, 39 years old, married, elementary school level, jobless and a resident of Purok-4, Barangay Taluksangay, Zamboanga City was arrested by PNP personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 4 together with 1st Zamboanga City Mobile Force Company in a drug buy-bust operation at Barangay Taluksangay, Zamboanga City at 12:55 AM of June 22, 2021. Recovered during the operation were fifteen (15) sachets suspected Shabu with an estimated value of ₱ 4,500.00 weighing 0.66 grams, two (2) bills of ₱ 100.00 marked money, one (1) empty plastic, one (1) sling bag and one (1) riffle grenade with casing. He is now under the custody of Zamboanga City Police Station 4 in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered sachets of suspected Shabu will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office while the one (1) riffle grenade with casing is under the custody of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Team.
Loreto Sigubia Urot, 69 years old, male, married, carpenter and a resident of Purok Riverside, Barangay Poblacion, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay was arrested by joint elements of Imelda Municipal Police Station (MPS) (lead unit) together with Zamboanga City Police Station 7 in a law enforcement operation through service of warrant of arrest at Presamayor, Barangay Tumaga, Zamboanga City at 9:20 AM of June 21, 2021. The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of “Rape (2 counts)” docketed under criminal case nos. IM-15-0955 and IM-15-0956 issued by Hon. Josefino P. Bael, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 31, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay dated July 15, 2015 with no bail bond recommended. He was brought to Imelda MPS for proper disposition.
Ryan Carlo Jumalon Rendoque, 24 years old, male, single, and a resident of Pangi, Siquijor, was arrested by elements of Payao Municipal Police Station (MPS) together with police operatives of 903rd Maneuver Company in a law enforcement operation through service of warrant of arrest at Purok 5, Barangay Poblacion, Payao, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 10:00 am of June 21, 2021. The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Rape by virtue of warrant arrest docketed under criminal case no. 2587, dated March 20, 2020 and RA 7610 with criminal case no. 2572, dated February 27, 2020 issued by Hon. Alejandro S. Bahonsua Jr., Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court of Siquijor, 7th Judicial Region, Branch 46, Larena, Siquijor, with no bail recommended for Rape and with recommended bailbond of ₱ 80.000,00 for R.A. 7610. He is now under the custody of Payao MPS for proper disposition.
Omar Kalim Abdurajik, 25 years old, male, married, laborer, and a resident of Guicam, Alicia, Zamboanga Sibugay was arrested by PNP personnel of Alicia Municipal Police Station (MPS) in a drug buy-bust operation in Dawa-Dawa, Alicia, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 5:00 PM of June 21, 2021. Recovered and confiscated items from his possession were: one (1) piece of small heat sealed yellow drinking straw containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu (buy-bust item) with estimated weight of 0.08 grams, three (3) pieces of small heat sealed yellow drinking straw containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu (possession) with an estimated weight of 0.012 grams, all with an estimated with of 0.092 grams and a total value of ₱ 1,500.00, one (1) piece ₱ 500.00 bill with as marked money. Arrested person and confiscated items were brought to Alicia MPS for proper disposition.
Roberto Mag-Usara Mendija Jr., 28 years old, single, male, vocational level, electrician and a resident of Poblacion, Talusan, Zamboanga Sibugay was arrested by Talusan Municipal Police Station (MPS) in a drug buy-bust operation at Poblacion, Talusan, Zamboanga Sibugay at 4:40 PM of June 21, 2021. Recovered from his possession were: one (1) small cut red heat-sealed transparent drinking straw with suspected Shabu (buy-bust item) with estimated weight of 0.02 grams, two (2) pieces small heat sealed transparent drinking straw of suspected shabu with a total estimated weight of 0.04 grams (possession), all with estimated weight of 0.06 grams and estimated value of ₱ 408.00, one (1) piece ₱ 500.00 bill as marked money. Arrested person and confiscated items were brought to Talusan MPS for proper disposition. A case for violation of R.A. 9165 is being prepared against the suspect.
Jhon Elrich Sora Urgello, 17 years old, minor, male, single, construction worker and a resident of Purok 8, Barangay Crossing Sta Clara, Naga, Zamboanga Sibugay. PNP personnel of Diplahan Municipal Police Station (MPS) in a drug buy-bust operation at Purok Marcos, Barangay Poblacion, Diplahan. Zamboanga Sibugay at 6:40 PM of June 21, 2021. Recovered and confiscated from his possession were: one (1) piece heat sealed transparent sachet believed to be shabu (possession) estimated weight 0.2 grams and ddb value of ₱ 1,360.00, one (1) piece of ₱ 20.00 bill, two (2) pieces of ₱ 100.00 bill as marked money, and one (1) unit android phone (Vivo). Arrested person and confiscated items were brought to Diplahan MPS for proper disposition.
Diosdado Palega Albiso, 57 years old, married and resident of Barangay Goaw, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte was arrested by PNP personnel of Liloy Municipal Police Station (MPS) together with personnel of 2nd Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Mobile Force Company in an intel-driven operation against wanted person at Barangay Goaw, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte at about 11:30 AM of June 21, 2021. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Rape in Rel to 7610, docketed under criminal case no. L-004176, issued by Anthony D. Isaw – Acting Presiding Judge of RTC Liloy, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, dated April 30, 2021 with no bail bond recommended. Arrested suspect was brought to Liloy Integrated Health District Hospital for medical examination and subsequently brought to Liloy MPS for proper disposition.
Fermin Sabsalon Luayon, 47 years old, married, elementary level, male, heavy equipment operator and a resident of Suguilon, Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte was in an intelligence-driven law enforcement operation conducted by PNP personnel of Siayan Municipal Police Station (MPS) and Ramon Magsaysay Municipal Police Station at 11:30 AM of June 21, 2021 at Purok 2, Barangay Poblacion, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur. He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for violation of RA 9165, Art. II, Sec. 5, 11 and 12 docketed under criminal case nos. S-5440, S-5441 and S-5442, issued by Joel Gonzaga Vercide – Presiding judge of RTC, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, dated May 11, 2021 with no bail recommended. The arrested wanted person is now under the custody of Siayan MPS for proper disposition.
Jerry Andalay Gatoc, 48 years old, male, married and a resident of Barangay Sigayan, Dapitan City was arrested by intel operatives and warrant servers of Dapitan City Police Station in an intel-driven operation at Sitio Lawaan, Banunong, Dapitan City at 1:10 PM of June 21, 2021. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Rape (5 counts) docketed under criminal case nos. 23239-23243, issued by Presiding Judge Jose G. Dondoyano of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City, dated August 9, 2019 with no bail bond recommended. He was brought to Dapitan City Police Station for documentation and proper disposition.
Mark Ahl Borling Balbosa, 24 years old, male, single, jobless, college level and a resident of Purok 2, Barangay Lopoc, Labason, Zamboanga del Norte was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation conducted by police operatives of Regional Drug Enforcement Unit 9 and Labason Municipal Police Station (MPS) at Purok 3, Barangay Lopoc, Labason, Zamboanga del Norte at 10:05 PM of June 21, 2021. Confiscated Items were the following: one (1) piece heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu (buy-bust); eight (8) pieces heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu (possession) with an estimated weight of 8 grams and street value of ₱ 75,000.00; one (1) tawas container used as container of the sachet of suspected Shabu; one (1) piece one hundred peso (₱ 100.00) bill and one (1) piece two hundred peso (₱ 200.00) bill used as buy bust money; one piece orange disposable lighter; one unit red/black Honda Click and one piece Identification card. During the operation the suspect resisted and tried to evade arrest resulting in minor injury of the arresting officer. He is now under the custody of Labason MPS in preparation of filing of appropriate charge in court.
Motorcycle Rider Dead in a Vehicular Traffic Accident in Kabasalan
A vehicular accident transpired at Purok 1, Barangay Canacan, Kabasalan, Zamboanga Sibugay at 7:25 AM of June 21, 2021 involving a white flammable tanker truck, driven by Jonard Cahatian Dagoldolan, 42 years old and a resident of Barangay Buayan, Kabasalan, Zamboanga Sibugay and a yellow/black Motorstar 110, driven by Jaymar Bongol Comelle, 19 years old and a resident of Purok 1, Barangay Simbol, Kabasalan, Zamboanga Sibugay. Investigation revealed that prior to the incident, the motorcycle and the truck were traveling on opposite direction and upon reaching the place of incident, the motorcycle overtook the vehicle ahead and accidentally had a head-on collision with the incoming truck. the driver of the motorcycle sustained head injury that caused  his instantaneous death. The driver of the truck and vehicles involved are now under the custody of Kabasalan Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.
Hacking Incident
A hacking incident transpired at Purok 1, Barangay Old Mirapao, Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur at 10:20 PM of June 21, 2021. Victim was identified as Danny Arog, 27 years old, male, married, farmer, and a resident of Purok 1, Barangay Old Mirapao, Zamboanga del Sur was hacked by unidentified suspect. Investigation disclosed that prior to the incident, victim was inside his house when he heard a loud voice coming from the outside, when he went out to check, an unidentified suspect suddenly hacked the victim several times hitting his left face and other parts of his body. He was brought to Chavez Medical Clinic, Dinas Municipality for medical treatment. The suspect immediately fled heading to Barangay Dongos, Dinas Municipality. PNP personnel of Dinas Municipal Police Station is conducting thorough investigation to identify, locate and arrest the suspect.
