Top 10 Most Wanted Person of Polanco, Arrested in Titay
PNP personnel of Polanco Municipal Police Station together with Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Highway Patrol Team in coordination with Titay Municipal Police Station conducted joint law enforcement operation through service of warrant of arrest at Purok Bato, Barangay Banco, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 5:00 PM of June 17, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of one Orlando Arboiz Cabanilla alyas Orlando Tulawi Manlonas, 38 years old, male, married, elementary level, farmer and a resident of Purok Bato, Barangay Bangco, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Robbery, docketed under Criminal Case No. 10136, issued by Soledad D. Acaylar – Presiding Judge, RTC, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte, dated January 22, 2002, with bail bond fixed at ₱ 24,000.00. He is now under the custody of Polanco Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.
Shooting Incident
A shooting incident transpired at Bactus, Barangay Tugbungan, Zamboanga City at  6:40 PM of June 17, 2021. Victims were identified as Alih Ibno, Fatima Raddaie, Rana Raddaie, Aliyanna Ibno (female minor) all are residents of Villa Teressa, Barangay Mampang, Zamboanga City while perpetrators were four (4) unidentified motorcycle riding suspects. Victims sustained gunshot wounds on their heads and different parts of their body and all were declared dead on the spot by responding Ambulance Medical Team. Accordingly, after the incident, suspects fled to unknown direction onboard 2 single motorcycles. Recovered at the crime scene were: one (1) unit blue Honda Click 125, sixteen (16) pieces fired cartridge allegedly of 9mm caliber, six (6) pieces fired cartridge allegedly of 5.56 caliber, one (1) piece alleged slug of 9mm; and one (1) piece alleged deformed 5.56 cal. Motive of the incident is believed to be land dispute.
Shooting/Stabbing Incident
A shooting incident transpired at Barangay Pisompongan, Midsalip, Zamboanga del Sur at June 17, 2021. Victim was identified as Tatong Alagon Salibulan, 48 years old, married, farmer, and a resident of Purok 1, Barangay Pisompongan, Midsalip Zamboanga del Sur, while suspects were identified as Richard Salibulan Candao legal age, married, farmer Noel Candong Macabandas, legal age, single, farmer and Gadel Candong Macabandas, legal age, single, farmer all suspects are residents of Barangay Pisompongan, Midsalip, Zamboanga del Sur. Initial investigation disclosed that at 10:50 AM, when the victim came out of the Barangay Hall after their settlement stand as Mediator of TIMUAY tribe, Richard Salibulan Candao suddenly approached him and without any words, drew his pistol and shot the victim several times that caused him to fall down on the road, thereafter, the (2) other suspects (Noel and Gadel) stabbed him several times. As a result the victim sustained (3) three gunshot wounds and multiple stabbed wounds on different parts of his body, right after the incident, the suspects fled towards the direction of Barangay Pawan. Recovered from the crime scene is (1) one slug of alleged .357 revolver. According to the witnesses, the suspects and the victim are known to have conflict since the past year. Further, the responding PNP personnel are now conducting hot pursuit operation for the arrest of the suspects and filing of appropriate charges in court.
Man Arrested in Drug Buy-Bust Operation in Victoria
PNP personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 3 conducted anti-illegal drugs operation at Zone II, Barangay Victoria , Zamboanga City at 11:40 PM of June 17, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Myriel Arcillas y Torcino a.k.a. “Miyeng”, 26 years old, female, single, jobless, elementary level and a resident of Zone 2, Barangay Sangali, Zamboanga City. Recovered during the operation were five (5) heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected Shabu with an estimated value of ₱ 1, 156.00 weighing 0.17 grams, one (1) piece coin purse and two (2) pieces of ₱ 100.00 bill as marked money. He is now under the custody of Zamboanga City Police Station 3 in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered sachets of suspected Shabu will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination.
Fire Incident
A fire incident transpired at Purok Sandayong, Sto. Niño, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 11:00 AM of June 17, 2021. Investigation conducted by BFP-Pagadian City revealed that the fire started at about 10:40 AM of June 17, 2021 at the house of Analisa Briones, of legal age, female, and a resident of said place. Allegedly, their neighbors heard a loud burst and believed that it was a television left unplugged. The fire started at the said house and immediately, the fire spread to eight to ten (8-10) neighboring houses. BFP Pagadian City controlled the fire and the estimated cost of damaged is still to be determined. Further, PNP personnel of that station conducted traffic and crowd control.
