Police personnel of Imelda Municipal Police Station conducted manhunt operation through service of warrant of arrest at Barangay Dumpoc, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 10:00 AM of february 15, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Ronie Ampuan Malin, 41 years old, married, construction worker. He was charged for the crime of Rape in relation to RA 7610 (5 counts) docketed under Criminal Case no. im-21-2175,m-21-2176, im-21-2177, im-21-2178 and im-21-2179 with no bail recommended, issued by Hon. Jeric S. Kagaoan, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 31, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay dated February 8,2021. He is now under the custody of the said police station for proper disposition.

Saad, Dumingag Zamboanga Del Sur, 2LT Niel Kim Garcia, Commanding Officer Bravo Coy 53rd Infantry Battalion, and CPT Pableo S Baloja Jr., and National Intelligence Coordinating Agency 9. He is now under the custody of 53rd Infantry Battalion, Philippine Army, for debriefing and proper disposition.
Drug Suspect in Malangas, Arrested
Police personnel of Malangas Municipal Police Station together with Zamboanga Sibugay Police Provincial Office – Intel Branch together with 903rd Maneuver Company and 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company conducted service of warrant of arrest at Purok Mahusay Poblacion, Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay at 8:45 AM of February 15, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Abdurahman Maulana Ebrahim, 42 years old, married, driver, a resident of the said place. The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest for violation of sec. 11 of R.A. 9165 with Criminal Case no. im-16-1320 dated November 17, 2017, issued by Hon. Vicente S De La Plaza Li, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 31, Imelda Zamboanga Sibugay with recommended bail bond of P230,000.00. He is now under the custody of Malangas Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.

She was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Estafa under Art. 315, 2(a) of RPC in relation to Sec. 6 of RA 10175 (16 counts) docketed under Criminal Case number 18532 up to 18547 issued on December 28, 2020 by Honorable Pacifico T Cimafranca, Jr., Presiding Judge, Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 1, Pagadian City. Bail recommended is fixed at P36,000.00 each case. She is now detained at the said police station for proper disposition;

The operation resulted in the arrest of Jesmier Gatoc De Vera, 38 years old, married, unemployed and a resident of Purok Dalia, Brgy Poblacion, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur. Confiscated from his possession were one (1) piece heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu with an estimated weight of 0.03 gram with estimated value of One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00), seven (7) pieces heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing of white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu with estimated weight of 0.20 gram with estimated value of Seven Thousand Pesos (P7,000.00), four (4) pieces of Stripped Folded Aluminum Foil, two (2) disposable lighter color green and orange, One (1) pouch black and white combination and One (1) piece One Thousand Peso Bill (P1,000.00) with Serial No. WS441112. Subsequently, inventory of the seized and confiscated items was conducted at the place of apprehension witnessed by media representative of Kaugmaran Radio Station Nestor A. An estimated 113,000.00 worth of Shabu was seized from 6 drug suspects in Zamboanga City in separate drug buy-bust operation conducted by different police stations under Zamboanga City Police Office on February 15, 2021.
Joemari Tubog Y Napal, previously convicted for violation of RA 9165 under RTC9 Branch 14, 23 years old, male, married, unemployed was arrested by Regional Drug Enforcement Unit 9 in a Drug Buy- bust operation at Zone II San Isidro St. Kape, Barangay Mercedes, Zamboanga City at 6:50 PM of February 11, 2021. Confiscated during the operation were one (1) piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu, seven (7) pieces Heat sealed transparent plastic containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu, one (1) empty cigarette pack bravo used as container, with total weight of 10 grams with estimated street value of P68,000.00, one (1) piece one thousand peso bill (P1000.00) as marked money with serial no.SI91551 and one (1) piece P500.00 Five Hundred peso marked money bill with serial no.K214404 used also as marked money. A case for Violation of RA 9165 is being prepared for filling in court against the suspect.
Joseph Arquiza Jr. y Triplitt, 37 yrs old, male, single, high school graduate, unemployed and Robert Lang y Del Rosario, 44 years old, male, married, college undergraduate, unemployed were arrested by personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 5 in a drug buy-bust operation at Justina Village, Barangay Putik Zamboanga City at 8:30 PM of February 15, 2021. Recovered from their possessions were three (3) sachets of suspected Shabu with an estimated value of P10,000.00 weighing 1.47 grams, one (1) 100.00 peso bill and one (1) bill of 200.00 pesos as marked money. They are now under the custody of the said police station in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered items will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination.

Noel Lagasca Y Rojas, 52 years old, born on March 4, 1959, married, High school level, unemployed, was arrested by police operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 6 in a drug buy-bust operation at Yubenco Mall, Barangay Tetuan, Zamboanga City at about 10:00 PM of February 15, 2021. Recovered from his possession were Eleven (11) sachets of suspected Shabu with estimated value of ₱ 27,700 weighing 4.07 grams and two (2) bills of 100.00 pesos as marked money. He is now under the custody of the said police station in preparation for filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered items will be brought to ZCCLO9. at about 11:20 PM of February 15, 2021, SDET of ZCPS1 led by PCPT BENZAR BAIRULA conducted drug buy bust operation at Murga Drive, Barangay Sta Catalina, Zamboanga City that resulted to the arrest of Yahcob Habi Abdulkadil, 54 yrs, born on March 3, 1966, male, married, High school level, laborer and a resident of Barangay Sta Catalina, Zamboanga City. (Newly Identified). Recovered from his possession were Eight (8) sachets of suspected shabu with estimated DDB value of ₱ 3,700 weighing 0.54 grams and Two (2) bills of 100.00 pesos marked money. Subject person is now under the custody of ZCPS1 in preparation for filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered items will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination.
