Top 8 Most Wanted Person of Kalawit, Arrested in Siocon

 Intel operatives of Kalawit Municipal Police Station (MPS) together with Siocon Municipal Police Station (MPS), 901st Maneuver Company and 2nd Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Mobile Force Company conducted intelligence driven operation against wanted person at Barangay Canatuan, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte at about 5:00 a.m. of April 23, 2021. The operation led to the arrest of Pablito Empil Sacal a.k.a “Ondo Gumisid”, male, married, 50 years old, farmer and formerly a resident of Barangay Palalian, Kalawit, Zamboanga del Norte. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Frustrated Murder with Criminal Case no. L-001968 issued by Hon. Oscar D. Tomarong Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte with two hundred thousand pesos (₱ 200,000.00) recommended bail bond. He was brought to Siocon MPS for documentation and was subsequently brought to Kalawit MPS for proper disposition.

Top 9 Most Wanted Person of Manukan, Arrested

PNP personnel of Criminal Investigation and Detection Group Southern Metro Manila District Field Unit together with 7th Maneuver Force Company Regional Mobile Force Battalion National Capital Region Police Office, and Manukan Municipal Police Station conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy. Bayanihan Project 4, J. P. Rizal, Quezon on April 23, 2021 at about 1:30 p.m. The operation led to the arrest of Jeffrey Angke Magtuba aka Sho-Sho, male, 43 years old, married, a resident of Pinan, Zamboanga Del Norte and temporarily residing at said place. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for Robbery docketed under Criminal Case No. 21246, issued by Ric Bastasa of RTC 9th Branch 8, Dipolog City, dated November 11, 2016 with ₱ 100,000.00 bail recommended and for Acts of Lasciviousness docketed with Criminal Case No. P-3173, issued by Hon. Deborah P. Garcia-Nazario Acting Judge, MTC, Pinan, Zamboanga Del Norte dated December 7, 2016 with ₱ 12,000.00 bail recommended for his temporary liberty.

Shooting Incident

A shooting incident transpired along National Highway, Zone 2, Barangay Tiguma, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur at about 12:00 AM of April 24, 2021 (Near North Diversion Road). Victim was identified as Jason Delgado Taylor, 34 years old, male, single, unemployed, and a resident of Purok Marang, Barangay Tuburan, Pagadian City. He was found lying lifeless and sustained gunshot wounds on his face and other parts of his body. Investigation disclosed that prior to the incident, the victim along with other companions were walking at the place of incident when allegedly, one unidentified suspect suddenly approached and shot the victim several times. The suspect immediately fled after the incident. PNP personnel of Pagadian City Police Station is still conducting manhunt operation to identify, locate and arrest the fleeing suspect as well as to determine the motive of the incident. Evidence recovered from the crime scene are four fired cartridge casing of caliber .45 pistol.

Man Arrested in a Drug Buy-Bust Operation in Zamboanga City

PNP personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 4 conducted anti-illegal drugs operation at Barangay Sto. Niño, Zamboanga City at 10:15 PM of April 23, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Alnijar Usama y Alian a.k.a. “Al”, 37 years old, male, married, jobless, high school level, and a resident of Barangay Sto. Niño, Zamboanga City. Recovered during the operation were two (2) heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected Shabu with an estimated value of PHP4, 000.00 weighing 0.58 grams, one (1) purse, one (1) piece empty transparent plastic, one (1) piece of PHP200.00 and two (2) pieces of PHP100.00 bill as marked money. He is now under the custody of the said police station in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered items will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination.

₱195,000.00 Worth of Smuggled Cigarettes Seized in Talon-talon

PNP personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 6 conducted roving patrol at Logoy Grande, Laminosa Drive, Barangay Talon-talon, Zamboanga City at 11:45 PM of April 23, 2021 and intercepted an abandoned gray Mitsubishi Lancer, Sedan with plate number TGF 394. It has been discovered by the patrolling team that said vehicle were loaded with thirteen (13) boxes of New Berlin Cigarettes (Red) with total estimated market value of ₱ 195, 000.00 and with no possible owner to be located in the area. Further, said smuggled cigarettes are presently under the custody of the said police station and to be turned over to Bureau of Customs for proper disposition.
