Be informed that at around 10:00 AM of March 22, 2021, Roxas Municipal Police Station (MPS) personnel led by PMaj. Evelyn Floren Porras together with personnel of CIDG Camiguin PFU/RSOT and 1st ZNPMFC conducted joint law enforcement operation against most wanted person at RCR Surplus Center, Zone 1, Barangay Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City that resulted to the arrest of Victor Catada Retes Jr., male, 47 years old, married, Top 10 Most Wanted Person (Municipal Level), a native of Barangay Dohinob, Roxas, Zamboanga del Norte and currently residing at Zone 1, Barangay Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Qualified Theft docketed under Criminal Case No. 20221, issued and signed by Jose Rene G. Dondoyano, Presiding Judge, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 6, Dipolog City dated July 18, 2016 with recommended bail bond of ₱ 60,000.00. Subject arrested most wanted person is currently under the custody of CIDG RFU 10 for documentation prior turned-over to Roxas MPS personnel for proper disposition.
Arrest of 2 Wanted Persons Polanco MPS
Be informed that on or about 10:20 AM of March 22, 2021, Intel Operatives of Polanco Municipal Police Station (MPS) composed by PCMS Simeon C. Wapelle, Jr., PMSg. Gary Lloyd V. Dingding, PSSg. Jessie Mar B. Villapaz and other 2 PNCOs conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Poblacion North, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the arrest of Francis Estrera Tabiliran, 43 years old (Date of Birth-April 23, 1976), male, married, College Graduate, Businessman and Venerando Jumaw-as Dagayloan, 54 years old (Date of Birth-November 14, 1966), male, married, College Graduate, farmer both residents of Purok Orchids, San Antonio, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte by virtue of Warrant of Arrest charged for Viol. of Sec. 5(d) of PD 449 Cockfighting Law 1974 as amended by PD 1602 docketed under Criminal Case No. 3517, issued by Deborah P. Garcia-Nazario, Judge, MTC Ninth Judicial Region, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte dated March 19, 2021, with ₱ 5,000.00 bail bond recommended each for their temporary liberty. Said arrested wanted persons were released from the custody of Polanco MPS after posted bail amounting to Five Thousand Pesos (₱ 5,000.00) for their temporary liberty.
Arrest of Wanted Person Liloy MPS
Be informed that at about 12:10 PM of March 22, 2021, PNP personnel from Liloy Municipal Police Station (MPS) composed of PSMS Jerry S. Amonsot – Intel PNCO, PSSg. Allayn L. Ancheta – Intel Operative, PCpl. Leomar R. Natividad and PCpl. Abdel Johnargie Magumcia conducted Intel driven operation at Barangay Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the arrest of one Claudine Felizarta Saga, 26 years old (Date of Birth: July 5, 1994), female, single, student and a resident of Barangay Antonino, Labason, Zamboanga del Norte, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest charged for the crime of Theft, docketed under Criminal Case No. 3197, issued by Kathia C. Adasa-Santiago, Presiding Judge 7th MCTC, Liloy-Tampilisan, 9th Judicial Region, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte dated March 16, 2021, with bail bond recommended amounting to ₱ 24,000.00.Accused is now under the custody of Liloy MPS pending for his commitment order or release order from the concerned court.
Vehicular Traffic Incident Jose Dalman MPS
Be informed that at about 10:20 AM of March 22, 2021, a vehicular incident transpired along the national highway of Barangay Poblacion, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte wherein two (2) motorcycles involved. Vehicle 1 (Veh 1) – Maroon Honda Wave Motorcycle with plate no. 030103, registered under the name of Charlene Cabello Bautista of Pance Ramos, Tarlac, driven by Ryan Omon Alopino, 23 years old, single, wearing protective helmet, without driver’s license with back rider Dycel Indag Villare, 22 years old, single, without protective helmet both residents of Barangay Tabon, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte and Vehicle 2 (Veh 2) – Yellow & white combination Honda XRM Motorcycle with plate No. 090109, registered and driven by Israel Sumatra Quinalagan, 38 years old, married, with driver’s license, with back rider his wife Jocelyn Tumaroy Quinilagan, 37 years old, both wearing protective helmet and residents of Barangay Bacuyong, Piñan, Zamboanga del Norte. Initial investigation conducted by PMSg. Wynner Siling, investigator on case disclosed that the Veh 1 was travelling from Barangay Tabon going to Barangay Poblacion and upon reaching at the place of incident when he was about to turn left going to bus terminal, he was accidentally hit by the Veh 2 travelling from Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay going to Dipolog City. Dycel Indag Villare, backrider of Veh 1 incurred injuries and was brought to RHU – Jose Dalman for immediate medical attention, while both drivers and vehicles involved were brought to Jose Dalman Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.

Be informed that at around 12:45 PM of March 22, 2021, Intel Operatives of Sindangan Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PCMS John Henrick Ferolino – Intel PNCO and RMFB operatives personnel – Pat Ivan Anthony Hisoler and Pat Jezer Bato conducted joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Barangay Disud, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, that resulted to the arrest of Jimboy Dela Cerna Cañete, 28 years old, male, single, unemployed and a resident of Barangay Calatunan, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Theft, docketed under Criminal Case No. 11786, signed and issued by Reymar L. Lacaya, Presiding Judge of 3rd MCTC, 9th Judicial Region, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, dated February 5, 2010, with bail for his temporary liberty is fixed at Six Thousand Pesos (₱ 6,000.00). Said arrested wanted person is currently under the custody of Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.

Jessie Mar B. Villapaz and other 2 PNCOs conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok African Daisy, Barangay Anastacio, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the arrest of Ricky Galabin Rodrigo, 26 years old (Date of Birth-July 28, 1994), male, single, High School level, construction worker and a resident of said place by virtue of Warrant of Arrest charged for Violation of Art. 226-A, RPC Rape docketed under Criminal Case Nos. 24692 and 24693, issued by Jose Rene G. Dondoyano, Acting Presiding Judge, RTC Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte, dated March 19, 2021 with No bail bond recommended. Said arrested wanted person is now under the custody of Polanco MPS pending the issuance of commitment order.
Arrest of Wanted Person Dipolog CPS
Be informed that at about 6:00 PM of March 22, 2021, warrant and intelligence personnel of Dipolog City Police Station (CPS) led by PEMS Rey B. Marcojos – Warrant PNCO, conducted Intel driven operation against wanted person at Purok Piña Lalawan, Barangay Dicayas, Dipolog City and successfully arrested Mark Joseph Reyes Peralta, 33 years old (May 24, 1987), male, single, Filipino, high school graduate, habal-habal driver and a resident of said place by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of City Ordinance 107, docketed under Criminal Case No. B-76670, issued by Judge Kenneth P. Rosal, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 2, Dipolog City, dated March 22, 2021, with bail bond recommended amounting to Two Thousand Pesos (₱ 2,000.00) for his temporary liberty. Accused is now under the custody of Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.
Stolen Motorcycle Dipolog CPS
Be informed that on or about 11:00 PM of March 22, 2021, Almer Obsiman Cadalso, 41 years old, married and a resident of Arellano Extension, Barangay Miputak, Dipolog City came and reported to Dipolog City Police Station (CPS) and alleged that at around 9:30 AM of March 22, 2021, his red & white combination Honda Wave 100 single motorcycle bearing temporary Plate Number JJ7629, with engine number KTL00E-020594 and chassis number KTL00020548 which was properly parked outside his residence was stolen by two unidentified suspects and fled towards National Highway of Galas, Dipolog City. Dipolog CPS personnel immediately conducted hot pursuit operation and alerted the entire personnel and boarder post duty to conduct checkpoint to arrest the aforementioned suspects and to recover the alleged stolen motorcycle.
Robbery Incident Sirawai MPS
Be informed that at about 1:40 AM of March 23, 2021, one Shiekha Awalon Yee, 26 years old, single, OFW and a resident of Barangay Saint Mary, Sirawai, Zamboanga del Norte reported via phone call at Sirawai Municipal Police Station (MPS) that a robbery incident transpired inside Lingling Store owned by Lingling Ballas Maing, 37 years old, married, businesswoman also a resident of said place and was discovered at about 1:30 AM of same date. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the perpetrator/s gained entry by forcibly destroying the jalousie glass window of the second floor of the store and once inside, suspect/s took and carted away one (1) piece Samsung cellphone worth ₱ 10,000.00 and cash amounting to ₱ 15,000.00 which was placed inside the drawer, was also missing. Estimated value of stolen items amounting to ₱ 25,000.00 and after which, the suspect exited the same. Victim and other occupants believed that the incident possibly occurred between 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM of same date while they were at the midst of sleeping. Follow-up operation is being conducted by Sirawai MPS for possible identification and apprehension of the perpetrator/s.
