Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte- While conducting mobile patrol at Brgy. Polo, Dapitan City, the personnel of Dapitan City Police Station met two males riding a motorcycle which is running in zigzag that made the authority believe that the two are under the influence of liquor.
Immediately, said personnel flagged down the motorcycle giving them a reason to pull-over and subsequently, SPO1 Jay Macapanas approached the duo but suddenly the suspects grabbed and grappled the police officer that resulted to a scuffle in a couple of minutes.
But because they were drunk, the suspects were successfully apprehended and later identified as Jeffrey dela Rosa Javier, 19 years old, a resident of Brgy. Sicayab, Dipolog City; and Junrex dela Rosa, 19 years old, a resident of New Canaan, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay.
The arrested teenagers are now in custody of Dapitan City Police Station for proper disposition.
