Dapitan CPS- Be informed that at about 11:15 AM of February 1, 2021, Intel operatives and warrant server of Dapitan CPS led by PSMS Aldwin Tagbac conducted Intel driven operation against other wanted persons at Brgy. Potol, Dapitan City that resulted to the arrest of two (2) wanted persons namely: Christoper Bagsican Jumuad, 35 years old, male, married and Gil Busca Carreon, 44 years old, male, single, both residents of Sitio Lamatic, Brgy. Sto. Niño, Dapitan City, by virtue of WOA for the crime of Serious Physical Injuries docketed under Criminal Case number 19087, issued by Presiding Judge Hilarion Jonathan Garcia Maagad of MTCC, Dapitan City dated January 20, 2021 with bail bond recommended amounting to Thirty Thousand Pesos (₱30,000.00) each and another WOA against Christoper Bagsican Jumuad for the crime of Serious Physical Injuries docketed under Criminal Case number 19086, issued by the same court and judge dated January 20, 2021 with bail bond recommended amounting to Eighteen Thousand Pesos (₱18,000.00). Arrested wanted persons are now under the custody of Dapitan CPS for proper disposition.

Sergio Osmeña MPS- Be informed that at about 2:00 PM of February 1, 2021, PNP personnel of Sergio Osmeña MPS led by PSMS Rhime L Mosqueda and 3 intelligence operatives namely; PSSg Jeson C Alegarbes, PSSg Roger P Silem and PSSg Noel S Acojedo together with 1st ZNPMFC, 3rd Platoon PNP Personnel namely: PCpl Joseph Artrade O Tatoy, PCpl Alvin B Cantao and PCpl Paul Jhon S Napuecas conducted joint Intel driven operation against most wanted person at Purok Gabi, Brgy. Nuevavista, Sergio Osmeña, ZN that resulted to the arrest of Alberto Bunturan Sales, 63 yrs old, male, married, farmer and a resident of said place, MWP Top 5 Municipal Level by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Three (3) counts of Rape docketed under Criminal Case No. 24453, 24454 and 24455 issued and signed by Jose Rene Gallemit Dondoyano – Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City, ZN, dated January 8, 2021 with no bailbond recommended. Arrested MWP is now under the custody of Sergio Osmeña MPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Top 10 Most Wanted Person City Level
Dipolog CPS- Be informed that at about 2:00 PM of February 1, 2021, warrant and intelligence personnel of Dipolog CPS led by PCpl Adonis J Overa – Warrant PNCO together with the personnel of CIDG ZDN PFU, conducted joint manhunt operation against wanted person at Sitio Bario Lapuk Riverside, Brgy. Barra, Dipolog City that resulted to the arrest of Top 10 MWP (City Level – Dipolog CPS) one Arnil Saraña Acyatan alias “Dodo”, 22 years old, single, fisherman, elementary level and a resident of said place, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Frustrated Homicide, docketed under Criminal Case Number 24483, issued by Ric S. Bastasa, Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 8, Dipolog City, dated January 5, 2021, with bail bond recommended amounting to Seventy-two Thousand Pesos (₱72,000.00) for his temporary liberty. Accused is now under the custody of Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.

Godod MPS- Be informed that at about 2:50 PM of February 1, 2021, PNP personnel of Godod MPS led by PSSg Michael E Su together with PSSg Junrey A Macatual and Pat Juniel Joy V Pongon conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Sitio Masak, Brgy. Guisapong, Godod, ZN and successfully arrested one Jimboy Ambucas Domolong, 32 years old, male, single, farmer and a resident Brgy. Dipopor, Godod, ZN by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Direct Assault upon an Agent of a Person in Authority docketed under Criminal Case No 3822-G, issued by Rowena Carpitanos-Magallanes, Presiding Judge of MCTC Salug-Godod, dated January 5, 2021 with bail fixed at ₱36,000 for his temporary liberty. Said wanted person is now under the custody of Godod MPS for proper disposition.

Sindangan MPS- Be informed that at around 3:30 PM of February 1, 2021, Intel Operatives of Sindangan MPS led by PCMS John Henrick Ferolino conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person thru Target Intelligence Pocket “Scapolite” at Brgy. Labakid, Sindangan, ZN, that resulted to the arrest of Angelo Carasca Villaespin, 23 years old, male, married, tricycle driver and a resident of Brgy. Dicoyong, Sindangan, ZN, by virtue of WOA charged for the crime of Rape docketed under Criminal Case No. S-6115, issued and signed by Cherry Joy C. Concha-Ageas, Acting Presiding Judge, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 11, Sindangan, ZN, dated August 28, 2020, with bail bond recommended amounting to ₱120,000.00. Arrested most wanted person is now under the custody of Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.

Sindangan MPS- Be informed that at around 4:30 PM of February 1, 2021, Intel Operatives of Sindangan MPS led by PCMS John Henrick Ferolino conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person thru Target Intelligence Pocket “Scapolite” at Brgy. Piao, Sindangan, ZN, that resulted to the arrest of Brian Rabaca Ortegusa, 21 years old, male, single, construction worker and a resident of Brgy. Dicoyong, Sindangan, ZN, by virtue of WOA charged for the crime of Rape docketed under Criminal Case No. S-6115, issued and signed by Cherry Joy C. Concha-Ageas, Acting Presiding Judge, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 11, Sindangan, ZN, dated August 28, 2020, with bail bond recommended amounting to ₱120,000.00. Arrested most wanted person is now under the custody of Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.
Campaign against Loose Firearm (Kontra Boga)
Godod MPS- Be informed that at about 4:30 PM of February 1, 2021, one Artemio K. Mañosa turned-over to the personnel of Godod MPS composed of PSSg Michael E Su, PCpl Peter John G Balico and PCpl June Al D Guminta one (1) unit of caliber 38 revolver. This accomplishment is the result of intensified information dissemination on every barangay of Godod, ZN regarding the provision of RA 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms Law. The said firearm is now under the custody of Godod MPS and duly received by the supply personnel of the said station.
Dapitan CPS- Arrest of Suspect for Physical Abuse
Be informed that at about 8:40 PM of February 1, 2021, personnel of Dapitan CPS led by PEMS Agustin Oga responded to a reported commotion at Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Dapitan City wherein the suspect identified as Clint Omandam Arboiz, 31 yo, male, single and a resident of Calamba, Misamis Occidental, physically harmed the victim identified as SHANE SOTOMAYOR CUENCA, 19 yo, female, single and a resident of Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Dapitan City. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident, at about 7:30 PM of same date, the suspect and the victim had a heated argument inside the motor parts shop owned by Mary Ann Prejoles Ruedas, located at Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Dapitan City. The suspect then suddenly slapped the victim several times hitting her face and lips. Victim sustained contusions on her lips and face. At about 11:55 PM of same date, suspect was successfully arrested at Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Dapitan City and now place under the custody of Dapitan CPS for filing of appropriate charges in court.
