Cantao and PCpl Joseph A Tatoy from ZNPMFC conducted joint law enforcement operation against most wanted person at Brgy Pongolan, Roxas, ZN which resulted to the arrest of Roel Nungcay Tuganan, 34 years old, male, single, farmer, a res of Brgy. Pongolan, Roxas, ZN by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of RPC ART 266-A-RAPE, docketed under criminal cases no. 24499, issued and signed by Hon. VICTORIANO DIONGLAY LACAYA, JR., Presiding Judge, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 9, Dipolog City, ZN, dated January 8, 2021 , with no bail recommended.. Arrested person is now under the custody of Roxas MPS for documentation and proper disposition

Sangkol, Dipolog City against CHARMA BUHISAN SAILE, Filipino, single, female, 28 years old, high graduate, jobless, and a resident of Purok Tambis, Brgy. Sangkol, Dipolog City for “QUALIFIED THEFT” docketed under criminal case number 2441, issued by HON. CHERRY JOY C. CONCHA-AGEAS, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 10, Dipolog City, dated December 28, 2020, with bail bond recommended amounting to Twenty-four thousand pesos (P24,000.00) for his temporary liberty. Arrested person is now under the custody of Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.

Wasian, Rosario, Agusan Del Sur resulted to the arrest of one Renato S Milmao 35, years old (DOB May 29, 1985), male, married, Carpenter and resident of Brgy Poblacion, Jose Dalman ZDN for the crime of Robbery docketed with criminal case NR 023-08 (K) issued by Hon. Ric S Bastasa , presiding judge, 5th MCTC of Katipunan-Sergio Osmena Sr, 9th Judicial Region dated June 26, 2019 with bail bond recommended amounting to Php12,000.00 pesos. Arrested wanted person is now under custody of katipunan personnel board hilux for transport going to katipunan ZDN AOR.

Pinan MPS- Be informed that at about 5:30 PM of January 26, 2021, one Nardo Miras y Bation, 31 years old, married, barangay tanod, personally appeared to Piñan MPS and voluntarily surrendered his one (1) unit 357 revolver without ammunition and without and without serial. Said firearm is now under the custody of Piñan MPS properly received by PSSg Benjie Orong Supply PNCO for proper documentation and disposition.

Siayan MPS- Be informed that at about 7:40PM of January 26, 2021, joint operation PNP personnel of Siayan MPS led by PCMS Noel A Guile together with 901st MC, RMFB9 led by PCPT NORMAN PAUL A DAUSO and Two (2) 1st ZNPMFC personnel conducted intensified police operation and intel driven operation thru service of warrant of arrest at Brgy Datu Tangkilan, Sindangan, ZDN that resulted to the arrest of one Johnny Malik, 37 years old, married, male, Filipino, farmer, high school level and a resident of Brgy. Datu Tangkilan, Sindangan, ZN, Top 9 Most Wanted Person in Municipal Level by virtue of warrant of arrest charged for the crime of ROBBERY in CC NO. S-4371 issued by Hon. Oscar D Tomarong, Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 11, Sindangan, ZDN dated May 10, 2010 with recommended bail bond amounting to Php 100,000 pesos for his temporary liberty. Arrested person under the custody of Siayan MPS for proper disposition.

Dipolog CPS– Be informed that on or about 07:00 PM of January 26, 2021, Dipolog CPS (SDET) led by PLTCOL GILZEN NIÑO R MANESE – COP, conducted drug buy-bust operation at Circumferential Road, Brgy. Biasong, Dipolog City and successfully arrested one Philip Carlo Franco Chua, aka “Pipo”, male, 36 years old (September 14, 1985), single, College Level, businessman, and a resident of Brgy. Olingan, Dipolog City, Top 4 Priority Target, High Value Individual (HVI). Confiscated from the possession and control of the suspect were six (6) pcs small size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (shabu); one (1) piece big size rectangular heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (shabu); one (1) pc (Php 500.00) bill served as buy bust money; One Thousand Ninety Pesos (Php 1, 090.00) in deferent dinomination-served as proceeds money and other paraphernalias. Estimated grams (2.5g) and estimated value of P40,000.00. Affiants are PCPL Banjo P Bayani– Poseur Buyer, PSSg Michael P. Cuenca – Arresting Officer, while, PSSg Jessie P. Zamoras, PCPL Joerich Ramos, PCPL Peter M. Maquincio and PCpl Herlence D Tolentino were members. Arrested person is now under custody of Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.

Sicayab Bucana, Dapitan City that result to the arrest of Rollyn Cantoja Lacquio, 28 years old, male, single, fisherman by occupation and a resident of Brgy. Sicayab Bucana, Dapitan City for crime of Rape – RPC Art 226-A docketed under Criminal Case number 24541 by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Acting Presiding Judge Victoriano Dionglay Lacaya, of RTC Branch 9, Bulwagan ng Katarungan, Dipolog City dated January 25, 2021 with no bail bond recommend. Subject person now under custody of Dapitan CPS for disposition.
