STRICTLY OBSERVED IN CARAGA
Strict observance to the issued “PDEA-PNP Unified Coordination Guidelines in the Conduct of Anti-drug Operations” in Caraga region greatly contributed to the successful conduct of buy-bust operation early this morning of August 17, 2021 at Barangay San Vicente, Butuan City. PDEA Regional Office XIII operatives and elements of Butuan City Police Station 1 (BCPS1) apprehended Jeofrey Barrios Y Pajarillo after selling shabu to PDEA undercover agent. Nearly seventy thousand pesos worth of shabu was seized from the suspect. The buy-bust money along with the cellular phones used by the suspect in illegal drug transactions, and his personal identification card were recovered and seized from his possession.
The lines of communication among drug law operating units in Caraga are now much clearer due to the strict observance of the “PDEA-PNP Unified Coordination Guidelines in the Conduct of Anti-drug Operations”. Thus, prior to the conduct of anti-drug operations, all coordination are put into writing and in strict accordance with the issued unified guidelines.
