This year’s Miss Zamboanga Del Sur went through a Speech Development Workshop with ๐ ๐ฟ. ๐๐๐ถ๐ด๐ถ ๐๐น๐บ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฒ๐น from ๐๐น๐ถ๐ด๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ถ๐๐. The workshop has revolved around the goal of changing the delegates’ mindset when asked a question. It also dismantled the fears one may have as they face different types of Question and Answer Formats. And in the words of Mr. Almodiel “๐ถ๐’๐ ๐ท๐๐๐ ๐ฎ ๐พ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป”.
In an interesting twist and turn, this year’s first cut during the Speech Development Workshop has determined 10 ladies who stood out among all 27 delegates. The top 10 delegates were paired and went on a “๐๐๐๐-๐ง๐ข-๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐” where they were asked to thrown a question to their partner. After the exchanging of questions, the guest speaker determine the Top 5 Finalist for the final stretch of hailing the most eloquent speakers in the batch.
The 5 remaining delegates underwent another round which had one common question “๐๐ณ ๐ถ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฎ๐น๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ป๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ, ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฑ๐ผ๐ฒ๐ ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐ต๐ผ๐น๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐๐ฎ๐น๐๐ฒ, ๐๐ผ๐๐น๐ฑ ๐๐ผ๐ ๐๐๐ถ๐น๐น ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐๐ผ ๐๐ถ๐ป ๐ ๐ถ๐๐ ๐ญ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฎ ๐๐ฒ๐น ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ?”. The competition was sealed with the following ranking determining all the best speakers down to the Top 10 Finalists.
