Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur – Arrest of one individual on joint drug buy-bust operation at around 10:20 PM of July 8, 2024 at Purok Magsaysay, Barangay Sto Niño, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur.
Station Drug Enforcement Team (SDET) of Pagadian CPS together with RDEU 9; and 1st ZSPMFC in coordination with PDEA9 conducted joint drug buy-bust operation that resulted to the arrest of one male, 18 years old and a resident of Barangay Sto Niño, Pagadian City.
Recovered during the operation were the following, to wit:
a) One piece of small size heat-sealed transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected of methamphetamine hydrochloride “shabu”, as buy-bust evidence;
b) Two pieces of small size heat-sealed transparent sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected of methamphetamine hydrochloride “shabu”, as seized evidence;
c) One piece small white folded paper; and
d) One piece one thousand peso bill as marked money.
The confiscated drug items were turned-over to Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Forensic Unit for examination. The arrested suspect was subsequently brought to Zamboanga del Sur Medical Center, Dao, Pagadian City for medical examination and will be temporarily detained at Pagadian CPS.
