Underneath the number and features the years 1993-2018 representing the organization’s year of birth. The thunderbolt tells the endless effort of the organization to the challenges of the modern world. A rainbow-like connection completes the design indicating its solid name honoring existence and victories, as well as those individuals and events which had a significant impact on the organization.
NMFFWC is recognized as Philippines’ Best Family Welfare Implementer in 2017 given by the BWSC.
As DOLE’s prime welfare program turns a quarter century, NMFFWC advocates the Family Welfare Program (FWP) that seeks to introduce the concept of promoting the welfare of workers and their families as a key to workplace productivity and improve worker-management relations.
It is a program that draws corporate support by adapting family-centered approach in the workplace. (Glenford Labial/DOLE-10)
