Pagadian City – A buy-bust operation on illegal drugs was conducted by Station Drug Enforcement Team (SDET) of Pagadian City PS and PDEU at about 8:36 P.M. of September 25, 2021 at Denoy Apartment, Purok Lower Lumbia, Lumbia District, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur.
PLTCOL MANUEL RYAN P LIM, PCPS-OIC identified the suspects as one ZANDRO BOY PACIOL MAGBANUA (aka “DODOY”), 32 years old (May 21, 1989), male, Filipino, married, medical representative, temporary residing at Denoy Apartment, Purok Lower Lumbia, Lumbia District, Pagadian City and with residence and postal address at Barangay Don Andres, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay to newly identified personality.
Recovered from the possession of the subjects were the following:
- One (1) piece small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected of methamphetamine hydrochloride “shabu”, as buy-bust evidence
- Two (2) pieces big heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected of methamphetamine hydrochloride “shabu”, possession (recovered/seized), (Estimated weight of buy-bust evidence and all recovered evidence from the possession of the suspect is 2.58 grams estimated weigh and the amount is Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Forty Four (₱ 17,544.00)
- One (1) piece Five Hundred Peso Bill (₱ 500.00) as marked money bearing serial number CT 840366
Arrested suspect is temporarily held in protective custody at Pagadian City Police Station while the case for Violation of R.A. 9165 also known as “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002” against the above-mentioned suspect is being prepared.
