With 80-plus riders from Visayas and Mindanao and with three extreme stages to tackle, the 2nd Abante Surigao Batang Surigaonon MTB Enduro Challenge was full of excitement and thrilling rides!
The three-stage Enduro attack for the 2nd Abante Surigao – Batang Surigaonon Enduro MTB Challenge and the Leg 4 of the Enduro Caraga Series was held last September 3, 2023, Brgy. Cagniog, Surigao City. Featuring the famed Cagniog Tracks. A mix of high-speed flow, technical, and gut-wrenching pedal sections.
The tournament consists of 8 categories, namely:

Awards for the winners were personally given by our very own Mayor Pablo Yves L. Dumlao II who is a bike enthusiast himself and also had participated in tournaments like the Iron Man. Also present at the event were City Budget Officer Atty. Jeffrey Galido and Sports and Youth Consultant Karl Casurra.
