Mayor Sammy Co Signed The Executive Order No. 33 Series Of 2021

Pagadian City – “An EO Extending the Declared MECQ in the City of Pagadian up to June 30, 2021 and amending some provisions of our EO No. 26 in accordance with DTI Memorandum Circular No. 21-19, Series of 2021, to properly address the continued spread of COVID-19 cases”

Important Guidelines:

•  Food preparation establishments such as kiosks, commissaries, restaurants and eateries:

1. TAKE OUT & DELIVERY – 100% ALLOWED
2. OUTDOOR DINE-IN SERVICES (Al fresco) – 50% CAPACITY ALLOWED
3. INDOOR DINE-IN SERVICES – 30% CAPACITY ALLOWED

• Every other dining-in customer, ALL chairs and tables must always be cleaned and sanitized.
• Beauty salon, barbershops, beauty parlors and nail spa – 30% capacity allowed but limited only to services that can accommodate the wearing of facemasks all the time by the patron/clients and service providers.
• HOME SERVICES FOR THESE ACTIVITIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
• For full list of all establishments, persons or activities permitted to operate, work or be undertaken during ECQ under Section 2(4) of the Omnibus Guidelines of the National IATF shall be allowed to operate at FULL ON-SITE CAPACITY, please read Section 4 of this Executive Order.
• NOT ALLOWED TO OPERATE: Personal care services which include make-up salon, medical aesthetic clinics, cosmetic or derma clinics, reflexology, aesthetics, wellness and holistic centers and other similar establishments. Home services for these activities are likewise not permitted.
• For full list of all establishments, persons or activities SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE, work or be undertaken during MECQ, please read Section 6 of this Executive Order.
• Gatherings outside residences shall be prohibited. Gatherings at residences with any person outside of one’s immediate household shall likewise be prohibited.
• Gatherings that are essential for the provision of health services, government services or humanitarian activities authorized by the appropriate government agency or instrumentally shall be allowed up to 30% of the venue capacity and provided further that minimum health and safety protocols shall be observed.
• Religious gatherings shall be allowed up to 30% only of the venue capacity.
• CURFEW: 12 midnight and ends not earlier than 4AM

THIS ORDER SHALL TAKE EFFECT ON JUNE 16-30, 2021 and barring any unforeseen circumstances, the City of Pagadian will revert back to MGCQ.
