She said the forefront of this is “us, public servants. Me being a mayor, I am at risk physically & politically. If you are a public figure in these modern times, there’s always a feeling of being attack.
But let this be our source of strength, our source of determination to persevere. Hindi tayo kailangang magpatali sa nakasanayan na sumasabay lang sa agos. We can chart our own course & offer better ways of doing things. When these tasks get difficult, bear in mind that we are not alone in this fight.
