Police operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 8 (Sinunuc) arrested a 40-year old man in an operation against wanted person at Kampilan Drive, Suterville, Brgy. San Jose Gusu, Zamboanga City at about 12:30 PM of October 20, 2020. PCPT. Allan Benedict Rosete, Station Commander identified the arrested suspect as Bensaudi Jaji, 40 years old, male, married, a resident of abovementioned place.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of section 2 paragraph (a) and (e) of RA 7832 otherwise known as Anti-Electricity and Electric Transmission Lines/Materials Pilferage Act of 1994 with Criminal Case Nos. 45042 and 45043 issued by Hon. Gracelina G. Bernardo, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court 9, Branch 17, Zamboanga City dated July 2020 with recommended bail bond amounting to ₱ 20,000.
He is now under the custody of said police station prior turn over to the concerned court.
