Police operatives of Siayan Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy. Seriac, Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte at about 3:00 PM of August 22, 2020. The operation resulted in the arrest of Edwin Dalangon Amayac, 31 years old, married, farmer and a resident of said place.
The arrest was made by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder docketed under Criminal Case No. S-5900 issued by Presiding Judge Rene G. Dondoyano of RTC, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte dated July 15, 2019 with no bail recommended.
The said accused is now under the custody of Siayan MPS for proper disposition.
