Operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 7 (Sta. Maria) arrested a 30-year old man in Brillantes, Sta. Maria, Zamboanga City at about 8:00 AM of October 17, 2020 after he allegedly threatened and poked his handgun to a 45-yaer old female.
Zamboanga City Police Station 7 said that the suspect identified as Rico Jay Toledo Eraham, 30 years old, male, single pointed a gun and threatened life and family of the victim identified as Juvy Manooy Lopez, 45 years old, female, married, a resident of abovementioned place at 10:10 AM of October 16, 2020.
Confiscated from his possession was one-unit caliber .38 revolvers without serial number, color black loaded with four ammunition without pertinent papers.
He and confiscated firearm were brought to said police station for proper disposition.
