Gibuksan kagahapong adlawa, Mayo 30, 2023 ang usa ka Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Center, didto sa lungsod sa Dalaguete, probinsya sa Sugbo.
Kini maoy pinaka unang Call Center office sa habagatang bahin sa probinysa sa Sugbo na gitukod.
Gitambungan kini nila ni Gov. Gwen Garcia, second district Congressman Edsel Galeos, Board Member Raymond Joseph Calderon ug Doc Stanley Caminero.
Gibutyag ni Dalaguete Mayor Ronald Allan Cesante nga ang maong BPO gitukod sa kagamhanan aron aron pag bansay sa mga gustong mamahimong Call Center agent.
“It was born during the pandemic. There were Dalaguetnons coming over from the city,” pamahayag ni Mayor Cesante.
Dugang pa sa Mayor “Usa sa atong nakita is a new industry or a new line of enterprise where the municipal government could open and work with the private sector to come in and make sure that the youth would also be able to get a sustainable job.”
Dako kining tabang aron kadtong mga walay trabaho makasulod na unya ug dili na sila mo langyaw pa sa siyudad sa Sugbo aron lang makasud sa BPO.
Tinguha sa kagamhan sa lungsod sa Dalaguete nga adunay mga pribadong buhatan sa BPO na magbutang og mga buhatan sa ilang lungsod.
Gihangop usab kini sa mga katawhan gumikan sa maong kalambu-an sa ilang lugar.
