Case No. 13 is a 53 y/o male and is a healthcare worker at SDN Provincial Hospital, Sta. Cruz, Placer, Surigao del Norte.

THIS IS NOT A LOCAL TRANSMISSION AS THE PATIENT CONTRACTED THE VIRUS AT HIS WORKPLACE.
