The inaugural Search for Ten Outstanding Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) Bicolano Youth (RSTOBY) 2024 is currently in its final stages of evaluation as the tabulation and deliberation process for 45 applicants reaches its conclusion.
Spearheaded by the 4Ps Youth Development Unit in collaboration with the Department of Education (DepEd), various local government units, and organizations, RSTOBY aims to commend the exceptional contributions and accomplishments of youth beneficiaries of 4Ps across the Bicol Region.
A dedicated team composed of focal persons from the Youth Development Unit, Indigenous Peoples (IP), Social Marketing Unit, Institutional Partnership Development Unit, Gender and Development (GAD), Regional Compliance Verification Officer and Capacity Building Section representative, meticulously conducted the assessment.
“The selection process involved rigorous assessment and careful consideration of each nominee’s exemplary qualities, commitment to community service, academic achievements, and proactive initiatives across diverse fields,” shared Dickson Tendido, 4Ps Regional Youth Focal.
The shortlisted Top 25 finalists of the inaugural RSTOBY will be announced soon, marking a significant milestone in recognizing and empowering the youth beneficiaries of the 4Ps program in the Bicol Region.
The culmination of this process will see the announcement of the top 10 finalists soon. The final stage, an Online Panel Interview scheduled for August 13, 2024, will determine the ultimate recipients who will be celebrated for their contributions to the Bicol Region.
