Government Officials from the province of Catanduanes extend its warmest welcome to the newly appointed Bishop of the Diocese of Virac, His Excellency, Most Rev. Luisiano A. Occiano, DD in a Civic Reception at Plaza Rizal, Virac, Catanduanes.
Both the provincial and local government presented a Key to the Province of Catanduanes and Municipality of Virac respectively and a resolution of welcome to Bishop Louie built on a foundation of mutual respect, collaboration, and shared commitment to the well-being of our community.
The Civic Reception is followed by a Testimonial Dinner at E-Crown Hotel in celebration of this milestone in the Diocese and Bishop Louie’s new mission.
