We maintained a visible presence throughout the region and carried out continuous monitoring and proactive measures to prevent any disruptions and ensure the safety of all participants and the general public.
PBGEN Nestor C Babagay Jr., RD, PRO 5, personally conducted rounds and inspections to oversee police operations and ensure that all personnel were fully prepared to respond promptly and effectively if needed.
“The safety of all participants and the public remains our top priority. We are committed to upholding the right to peaceful assembly while ensuring that public order is maintained at all times,” he said.
This operation was conducted in strict adherence to the focus agenda of the Acting Chief PNP, PLTGEN Jose Melencio C Nartatez, emphasizing proactive policing, public safety, and the support of lawful assemblies throughout the country.
