Camp Miranda, Camarines Sur — The Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office (CSPPO), under the leadership of Officer-in-Charge PCOL TYRONE RAZON DOTIMAS, warmly welcomed ATTY. BRIGIDO DE JESUS DULAY, Inspector General, Internal Affairs Service (IAS), during his official visit to the Police Provincial Office on August 18, 2026.
The activity commenced at around 3:00 PM with a performance by the Camarines Sur Cultural Dancers, followed by the rendering of Arrival Honors personally accorded by PCOL TYRONE RAZON DOTIMAS to the visiting IAS Inspector General.
Following the honors, Atty. Dulay proceeded with the Signing of the Guest Book, formally marking his visit to the CSPPO. He thereafter delivered a message to the men and women of the Police Provincial Office, emphasizing the importance of professionalism, accountability, discipline, integrity, and adherence to the highest standards of police service.
Atty. Dulay also conducted a Talk-to-Men, providing an avenue for police personnel to receive guidance and insights directly from the IAS leadership. The engagement highlighted the importance of maintaining ethical conduct, strengthening accountability mechanisms, and upholding the trust and confidence of the public.
As a gesture of appreciation, the CSPPO presented a token of gratitude to Atty. Dulay in recognition of his visit and continued support for initiatives that promote police accountability, professionalism, and organizational integrity.
Thereafter, the Proactive Inspection was conducted by the PNP-IAS as part of its mandate to assess compliance with established policies and procedures, promote accountability, and further strengthen the internal mechanisms of the police organization.
The visit and inspection underscored the commitment of the CSPPO under the leadership of PCOL TYRONE RAZON DOTIMAS to uphold professionalism, accountability, discipline, and excellence in police service, in support of the PNP’s continuing efforts toward a more responsive, transparent, and trustworthy organization.
