Iriga: Newly Elected Officers of KBP Camarines Sur Take Oath, Marking the Beginning of New Leadership

    The newly elected officers of KBP Camarines Sur formally took their Oath of Office on February 21, 2026 at Summit Hotel, Naga City in a solemn and well-attended Induction and Oath-Taking Ceremony.

    With the theme, “Broadcasting Excellence Through Unified Leadership,” the ceremony marked the official start of a new term committed to integrity, professionalism, and strengthened collaboration within the broadcasting community.

    The ceremony was officiated by Hon. J. Ermin Ernest Louie R. Miguel, who served as the Inducting Officer. In his message, he emphasized the vital role of responsible broadcasting and ethical leadership in strengthening communities and promoting credible public information.

    Leading the organization for another term is Chairman Joaquin Bebot Calleja, who begins his second term with a renewed commitment to elevate professional standards and foster unity among broadcasters in the province. Under his continued leadership, the Chapter aims to further strengthen collaboration among member stations and reinforce the core values of ethical and responsible broadcasting.

    The event gathered Station Managers from various television and radio member stations, along with media personalities, members of the judiciary, lawyers, and other distinguished guests from the public and private sectors. Their presence underscored the strong collaboration and unity within the media industry and its partners.

    The leadership pledged to advance the organization’s mission of promoting broadcasting excellence, ethical standards, and unified leadership throughout the province.

    As the new term officially begins, KBP Camarines Sur reaffirms its dedication to responsible journalism and community service, setting a clear direction toward stronger partnerships and meaningful public engagement in 2026.
