Joenard Querben Villanueva Agullana, President of the Naga City Children’s Federation and Naga City Representative to the 9th PNCC 2026 brought the voice of Kaakiang Nagueño to the national platform
The 9th PNCC was held on May 19-22, 2026 at the Bellevue Hotel, Filinvest, Alabang, National Capital Region (NCR). Present also in the event as adult mentor and support is Ms. Glyza C. Nasayao of the Children’s Affairs Office.
It was an honor for Joenard to represent Naga City and Bicol Region alongside 80 child representatives all over the country in the 9th Philippine National Children’s Conference. The PNCC gathers selected young, competent child leaders all over the country to strengthen child participation, discuss pressing issues affecting children, and ultimately select 3 Child Leaders to represent the Philippines in the ASEAN Children’s Forum (ACF) this year in Malaysia.
The Children’s Affairs Office (CAO) expresses gratitude to all the supportive leaders in the City Government of Naga headed by Mayor Leni Robredo , NCCWPC Co-Chairman, City Councilor Elmer S. Baldemoro, and CAO Supervising Officer in the Children’s Affairs Office, Sir Ray-an Cydrick Rentoy.
