Mayor Rex and Vice Mayor Edsel attended the ceremonial groundbreaking of Brgy. Francia Multi-Purpose Building and Facilities that will support the barangay social services programs.
Also present during the groundbreaking ceremonies were Ako Bicol Representatives Cong. Elizaldy S. Co and Cong. Raul Angelo Bonggalon.
This program is part of the convergence and special support program of Ako Bicol Partylist.
