The LTO Iriga District Office conducted a free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) seminar at the University of Saint Anthony in Iriga City on May 14–15, 2025. Similarly, residents of Cataingan attended the seminar conducted by the LTO Cataingan District Office.
This initiative is part of the government’s effort to ensure that aspiring drivers are properly educated and guided before hitting the road.
The program was made possible through the support of the DOTr, under the leadership of Secretary Vince Dizon, and the LTO, headed by Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II, with LTO Bicol led by RD Allan B. Castillejos and ARD Vincent O. Nato.
