Albay Governor Noel E. Rosal expressed support for youth employment initiatives during a ceremony for SPES beneficiaries held Wednesday, August 5, at the Albay Astrodome.
Governor Rosal encouraged student-beneficiaries to stay committed to their education and not give up on their academic pursuits.
He also praised DOLE and PESO Albay for supporting hundreds of individuals through the SPES program.
The governor highlighted that after major infrastructure projects, the administration now focuses on health, education, and social welfare.
A total of 160 beneficiaries received PHP 12,300 each, fully supported by the Provincial Government of Albay, during the event.
