(Legazpi City, September 10, 2025) Albay Governor Noel Ebriega Rosal addressed Capitol employees during the flag-raising ceremony, marking over 60 days since assuming office.
He expressed gratitude to all departments and staff for their support during his early tenure.
Rosal reminded employees to comply with employment rules, attendance requirements, and proper uniform policies.
He encouraged everyone to work with focus and deliver visible results for the people of Albay.
Rosal noted that it is now just weeks away from his 100th day in office since being inaugurated in July.
