Iriga: DOH Bicol CHD conducts onboarding sessions for Job Order Workers

The Department of Health Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH BICOL CHD), through its Human Resource Development Unit (HRDU), has conducted a Symposium for Job Order Workers (JOWs) Engagement last February 2, 2024 at the Healthy Lifestyle Complex.

This is in pursuit of equipping all JOWs with the mandates and other administrative systems of the department for a more efficient provision, implementation, and delivery of health services and other functions of each division.

Ms. Joji Cecilia S. Chua, Training Specialist of HRDU, has put an emphasis on the importance of embodying the department’s core values and rules of conduct as it builds a culture of trust and connectivity among the employees.

During her message, Dr. Maria Angela B. Rempillo, Strategic Management forHealth Development Division (SMHDD) Chief, is hopeful for a positive impact of such activity on future endeavors of the department.

Meanwhile, Dante F. Atento, Management Support Division (MSD) Chief, expressed his gratitude to all JOWS for their unwavering compassion and service towards the region’s healthcare system.

Other resource speakers were Ms. Maria Salve A. Khemlani, Administrative Officer V; Ms. Beverly Ongog, Admin Officer IV; and Ms. Valerie Lee, Admin Assistant V. They also had a talk on the hiring process and other concerns of the employees.
