DepEd Bicol Regional Director Gilbert Sadsad led the event and expressed his appreciation for the conduct of the activity, noting that the exercise is a meaningful one that will contribute to the efficient delivery and effective provision of services to the public, especially Bicolano learners. He emphasized the importance of strategic planning in achieving regional goals and stressed the need to align operational plans with national priorities to ensure impactful outcomes for learners across the region.
