The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Bicol proudly congratulates OIC, Assistant Regional Director for Management Services (ARD-MS) Ronnel B. Astor for being recognized as one of the recipients of the Environmental Awards for Governance and Leadership Excellence (EAGLE) Award 2023 under the Supervising PENRO Category.
DENR Bicol likewise congratulates the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) Camarines Sur for being awarded as the Best Performing Supervising PENR Office (IRISE 2023), the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) Sorsogon for being awarded as the Best Performing Implementing PENRO (IRISE 2023) and the PENRO Camarines Norte for being a finalist in the EAGLE Award for Implementing PENROs.
The EAGLE Awards also recognized other outstanding officials from the Bicol Region who emerged as finalists in their respective categories: Regional Executive Director Francisco E. Milla Jr. for the RED Category, former EMB V Regional Director Engr. Maria Socorro A. Abu for the Environmental Management Bureau Category and MGB V Regional Director Guillermo A. Molina Jr., IV for the Mines and Geosciences Bureau Category.
