Sa padayon nga gipasiugda nga manhunt operations sa Police Regional Office 7 (PRO7), nadakpan ang usa ka 51-anyos nga lalaki nga giila isip Top 6 Regional Most Wanted Person sa Barangay Pusok, Lapu-Lapu City alas 9:00 sa buntag niadtong Oktubre 17, 2025.
Ang suspetsado gipasanginlan sa kaso nga rape ubos sa Article 266-A sa Revised Penal Code.
Ang kalampusan sa operasyon gihimo sa mga personahe sa Police Station 5 sa Lapu-Lapu City Police Office (LCPO) pinaagi sa warrant of arrest nga giisyu ni Presiding Judge Anna Marie Militante sa Regional Trial Court, 7th Judicial Region, Branch 53, Lapu-Lapu City, nga may petsa Oktubre 16, 2005, nga walay girekomendar nga piyansa. Ang suspetsado karon anaa na sa kustodiya sa LCPO Headquarters alang sa pormal nga presentasyon sa korte.
Base sa Article 266-A ug Article 266-B sa Revised Penal Code, ang krimen nga rape silotan og reclusion perpetua o pagkapriso hangtod 40 ka tuig kon mapamatud-an nga siya sad-an.
Gidayeg ni Police Regional Office 7 Regional Director PBGEN Redrico A. Maranan ang mga operatiba sa ilang malampusong operasyon.
