As part of the celebration of the National Disaster Resilience Month, the Province of Camarines Sur will be holding the BDRRMC Rescue Olympics on July 23-24, 2024, at Capitol Complex, Pili, Camarines Sur. The event is joined by fourteen (14) local government units.

The participants will showcase their skills in essential rescue techniques including basic life support, rope rescue, firefighting, and water search and rescue (WASAR). This event is designed to test and enhance their preparedness for various emergencies.
Judges will come from the Bicol Medical Center (BMC), Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center (BRHMC), Bureau of Fire Protection, and Coast Guard Station Camarines Sur.
