In coordination with the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur, the Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair (BPSF), a two-day caravan of programs and services by various government agencies was held on September 23 – 24, 2023 at the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, Nabua. Over sixty (60) programs and services were offered by the forty-three (43) participating national government agencies.
These are the regulatory functions and other government services offered during the two-day caravan:
▶️ PNP: Police Clearance Application/Renewal, LTOPF Application/Renewal, Drug Test, Neuropsychiatric Test, Notary and Gun Safety Seminar
▶️ DFA: Passport-on-Wheels
▶️ LTO: LTO-on-Wheels, Driver’s License Application/ Renewal, Student Permit Application, Registration of motor or vehicles
▶️ NBI: NBI Clearance Application/Renewal
▶️ SSS: SSS E-wheels, Online Membership Registration, On-Site Issuance of SSS members, Loan Application
▶️ PSA: PHILSYS Step 2 Registration (National ID Registration), Issuance of Digital National ID, Counselling for Issues of Birth, Death, and other certificates, Exhibit: Incoming Census, Requesting an appointment setting support
▶️ GSIS: Members Assistance, Filing of Claims or Applications, UMID Mobile Enrolment, UMID Card Releasing, Pre-Retirement Seminar, New Employees Orientation. Promotion of General Insurance, Products (Motor Vehicle/ Accident/ Fire/), Gtouch Enrolment
▶️ PAG-IBIG: Membership Application, Multi-Purpose and Housing Loan Application, Consultation and Verification, Loyalty Card Capturing
▶️ PhilHealth: Registration, Updating, and Verification, E-Consulta
▶️ PHILPOST: Registration of Postal ID, Showcasing of Stamps
▶️ DOT: FBSE Training, Accreditation Assistance Booth
▶️ IBP & PAO: Legal Outreach Program
▶️ DICT: Public Services: Including Assistance with New SIM Card Registration, DFA Online Appointment, PSA Online Services, PN-PKI Application, ICT Proficiency Examination, and eGov Super App Orientation, Seminar on Cybersecurity Awareness
The two-day caravan also offered livelihood and educational services and programs:

▶️ CHED: Tulong Dunong Program
▶️ DepEd: ALS Registration
▶️ TESDA: Short Courses Training Enrolment, Enrolment for Kiosk or Booth, Application of Assessment and Certification
▶️ DMW: AIRTIP/PEOS, E-Registration/Job Matching and Counselling, Legal Assistance/ Welfare Desk, SPIMS Program
▶️ FDA: Bigyang Halaga Bangon MSME Program, Bangon Negosyante Program
To cater to the medical needs of the beneficiaries, the DOH offered medical consultation and treatment, free medicines, dental services, vision screening with free eyeglasses, advocacy programs, and the Lab for All Program (all-inclusive medical outreach).
The national government agencies also conducted payouts, distributions, and turn-overs wherein over 1.3 billion pesos worth of assistance were distributed to over 200,000 program beneficiaries:

▶️ PCA: Distribution of Hybrid Coconut Seedlings, Tacunan Green Dwarf Coconut Seedlings, Checks as Incentives for Coconut Planting, Checks as Incentives for Vegetable Intercropping in Coconut Farms, Coco Sugar Start-up Set
▶️ DAR: CLOA Turnover
▶️ DOLE: TUPAD Payout
▶️ CHED: Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES)
▶️ TESDA: Distribution of Allowance to Scholars, Turnover of Tool Kits
▶️ DMW: Reintegration Payout
▶️ DENR: Land Title Distribution
▶️ DOST: Awarding of Scholarships
▶️ PhilMech: Distribution of Rice Combine Harvester, 4WD Tractor, and Equipment for Coco SAP Products
▶️ OCD: Distribution of Hygiene kits
▶️ DOTr & LTFRB: LIBRENG SAKAY (BUSES)
The BIR and DPWH were also present and served the public with their services.
With the main goal of bringing the services, programs, and assistances of government agencies closer to the people, the BPSF have successfully catered to and benefitted the people of Camarines Sur.
