The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration Region V (OWWA Bicol), in close partnership with the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur through its Public Employment Service Office (CamSur PESO) held its annual OFW Family Day for its OFW Family Circle (OFC) members in the province on December 19, 2023, at the Capitol Convention Center, Cadlan, Pili.
The annual celebration has gathered over a thousand OFC member from all-over the province. Apart from raffle prizes, different OFW associations also prepared performance to showcase, and the OWWA gave out several simple gifts.
The Provincial Government has also stationed its Hospital-on-Wheels, Medical Diagnostic Van, and its medical team to give free medical and healthcare services to all attendees. Apart from the free vitamins and medicines, they were able to avail the free medical checkup and laboratory test such as blood count, CBC, and X-ray.
