Mayor Rex Oliva, Vice Mayor Edsel Dimaiwat and Congressman Migz Villafuerte, together with SDS Mariano De Guzman, School Principal Catalina Sayson and City Officials led the groundbreaking ceremony for Iriga Cityβs fourth covered court today, March 27, 2025, at San Antonio Elementary School.
The project aims to provide a multi-purpose facility for students and the local community, offering a safe and functional space for school activities, sports events, and other gatherings.
According to the local government, this is the fourth covered court to be constructed in the city, following similar projects in Sta. Cruz Sur, La Purisima, and Sagrada. The initiative underscores the city’s commitment to enhancing public infrastructure and promoting community.
