The 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐅𝐁𝐒𝐄) 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 is a one-day program under the Department of Tourism (DOT)- Region V, and it was successfully attended by the BSHM 4th-year students on 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒, at the 𝐔𝐒𝐈– 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫.
This initiative is designed to train and equip future hospitality professionals with advanced customer service knowledge, enhancing their effectiveness in guest interactions and ensuring excellence in every engagement.
Special thanks to 𝐌𝐫. 𝐄𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐥 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧, a DOT-certified FBSE Regional Trainer, and his companions, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐀𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚 and 𝐌𝐬. 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐢 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧, for taking the time to share their expertise and guide the students through this valuable training session. Overall, the FBSE Training under DOT- Region V was a success, providing the students with certifications that enhance their readiness for their upcoming OJT deployment and reinforcing their commitment to upholding the values of Filipino hospitality excellence.
