A high value target and No. 2 priority target in Pontevedra town and No. 3 in La Carlota City and under probation of theft and robbery was arrested in a drug buy bust, 11:00 p.m. Wednesday in Sitio Cahil, Barangay RSB, Pontevedra.
Police Senior Inspector Rhojn Darell Nigos, OIC, identified the suspect as Elizalde “Alias Zaldy” Terry Claveria, 34, single, “Alias Zaldy” of Barangay RSB, La Carlota City.
Police confiscated from him one heat sealed buy bust item in exchange for P500 buy bust money; five elongated and one small sachet of “shabu”.
The confiscated illegal drug weighs about 3.5 grams with estimated market value of P30, 000 and other drug paraphernalia.
The suspect is detained and charged for violation of Section 5 and 11 of Article II of RA 9165. (Cyrus Garde/NDB)
