Matagumpay para sa Commission on Elections (COMELEC) ang ginanap na halalan sa bansa.
Sa kabila ito ng technical glitches na naranasan tulad ng mga pumalpak na vote counting machines (VCMs), depektibong SD cards at aberya sa transparency server.
Ayon kay COMELEC Commissioner Marlon Casquejo, wala pa namang 1% ng 85,000 makina ng COMELEC ang nagka-aberya kaya’t walang dapat ikatakot sa integridad at kredibilidad ng halalan.
So ‘yung ating transmission natin is mabilis as compared to the other past elections. (…) All of the AS components passed through the local source code review and all of the AS media components passed with flying colors with the certification. We can see that the result of the election is valid and is credible.” ani Casquejo.
