On June 25, 2021, at 4:00 PM, Provincial Director (PD) POLICE COLONEL NOEL C ESPINOZA, spearheaded the online event facilitated by the Chief Provincial Community Affairs Development Unit, PMAJ TESSIEL R MOLETA along with the 21 Municipalities/City Stations in the province with their respective organized groups held simultaneously through virtual participation in the Grand Launching and Oath-Taking of the Coalition of Lingkod Bayan International and National Advocacy Support Groups and Force Multipliers hosted by the National Headquarters Philippine National Police (PNP), with President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, as Keynote Speaker and Administering Officer of the inducted leaders and advocates. The Chief Executive also recognized the efforts of the PNP. Chief, PNP Police General Guillermo Lorenzo T Eleazar, presented the international and local organizations. DILG Secretary Eduardo M. Año and Senator Christopher Lawrence ‘Bong’ Go also conveyed their relevant messages. Also present is Chief Implementer NTF Covid-19 Sec. Carlito Galvez, DOLE Sec Silvestre Bello III, National Security Adviser Sec Hermogenes Esperon and TESDA Sec. Isidro S Lapeña at Camp Brigadier General Rafael T Crame, Quezon City.
Said event is also actively participated by SDN-EOD, PLTCOL RUDY L ELANDAG, Club President the Surigao City Nickel Eagles Club, Governor Allan Japor of The Fraternal Order of Eagles, TFOE-PE Caraga Region 3, President Romeo “Jhun” Diray Jr of Battle of Surigao Strait (BOSS) Eagles Club, Barangay Group and Faith Base Organizations, National Coalition Information Technology Advocates for Change (NCITAC), Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo (KKDAT) led by Hon Frankie Salar, LGBTQ+ Society, Stakeholders and Benefactors.
The activity implemented the standard health protocols through maintenance of social distancing and perpetual reminder of proper facemask wearing at City Cultural Center, City Hall Compound, Surigao City. Activity ended at 5:30 PM of the same date.
