Alang sa dugang proyekto nga ibubo sa probinsya, gihatagan ug pagtugot ug otoridad si Governor Roberto Uy sa Sangguniang Panlalawigan alang na sa pagpirma sa Tripartite Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) tali na sa Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP), Department of the Interior and Local Government-Office of the Provincial Director of Zamboanga del Norte (DILG-ZDN) ug sa Provincial Government sa Zamboanga del Norte.
Kini pinaagi sa resolution nga giduso ni 2nd District Board Member Crisologo Decierdo atul sa ilang regular session bag-ohay pa lamang alang sa impelementasyon sa lima ka PAyapa at Masaganang PamayaNan (PAMANA) Projects dinhi sa probinsya sa kantidad nga P3,000,000 niining tuig 2020.
Nasayran nga ang PAMANA usa ka peace and development framework sa nasyonal nga pangagamhanan nga gidesinyo alang sa pag-responde ug pagpalig-on sa peace building, reconstruction ug pagpalambo sa conflict-affected ug conflict-vulnerable areas ingon man sa mga dapit nga nahasulod sa peace agreement.
Ilawum sa maong kasabutan, lakip sa PAMANA projects alang dinhi sa Zamboanga del Norte mao ang Tribal Hall sa kantidad nga P1,000,000, Solar Electrification sa kantidad nga P500,000 alang sa Barangay Nasibac; Communal Toilet with Amenities sa Barangay Sipacong sa kantidad nga P500,000, Water Supply System sa Barangay Midatag sa kantidad nga P500,000 nga pulos sakop sa lungsod sa Leon Postigo ug ang laing Water Supply System sa kantidad nga P500,000 nga ipahimutang sa Barangay Titik lungsod sa Sindangan.
