Assistant Provincial Administrator and Spokesperson Sim Castrence announced this morning over the weekend radio program “Governor Lalo in Action” anchored by Jun Parada that including Mr. Felix Natad Jr. who was reportedly sneaked out from being quarantined at Surigao del Norte Provincial Hospital was also negative of RT-PCR test.
