Gov. Francisco “Lalo” Matugas issued Third Supplement to EO No. 20-054, s. 2020 mandating, among others, the implementation of COVID-19 Testing provisions of the Joint Memorandum Circular No. 20-04-A, s. 2020 of DTI and DOLE for the testing of certain workers in Siargao being one of the top tourist destinations.
