PNP personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 11 led by PCPT. Mohamar R. Mariwa conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Gov. Lim Avenue, Brgy. Zone 1, Zamboanga City at 11:30 AM of December 3, 2020.
This resulted in the arrest of Ruben Rizada Sebastian, (GT) Grand Triskelion, 48 years old, male, married; Roldan Misal Paler, 28 years old, male, single; Marcelino Elmido Viñas Jr., 28 years old, male, single; John Dale Ong Bulalacad, 22 years old, male, single; Ryan Viola Alabata, 20 years old, male, single; Xavierwyn Rizad Sebastian, 19 years old, male, single; Cleven Tumazar Atis, 27 years old, male, single; Fidel Bellamayor Cubol, 27 years old, male, single; Reymark Misal Paler, 27 years old, male, single; Wendell Sumalinog Cartalaba, 23 years old, male, single; Ruvec Sumalinog Cartalaba, 20 years old, male, single; Joseph Mazo Villarez, 35 years old, male, married; and Azis Rojas Camlian, 21 years old, male, single all residents of Brgy. San Jose Gusu, Zamboanga City.
They were arrested by Virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of RA 8049 as amended by RA 11053 (anti-hazing act of 2018) resulting to “homicide”, docketed under Criminal Case No. 46278, issued and signed by Presiding Judge Hon. Gregorio V. Dela Peña, Branch 12, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Zamboanga City dated November 27, 2020 with no recommended bail bond.
Arrested accused are now under the temporary custody of said police station for proper disposition.
