- Patient 1197: A 66-year-old female from Brgy. Turno, Dipolog City who developed fever and sore throat with general weakness and shortness of breath last April 24, 2021. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 29, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently admitted at Zamboanga del Norte Medical Center.
- Patient 1198: An 81-year-old male from Brgy. Minaog, Dipolog City who developed diarrhea, cough and sore throat with shortness of breath last April 10, 2021. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 29, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently admitted at Zamboanga del Norte Medical Center.
- Patient 1199: A 29-year-old male from Brgy. Estaka, Dipolog City who developed fever, diarrhea, sore throat with cough and colds last April 21, 2021. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 29, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently isolated.
- Patient 1200: A 42-year-old male from Brgy. Sicayab, Dipolog City who developed cough with altered sense of taste last April 26, 2021. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 29, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently isolated.
- Patient 1201: A 56-year-old female from Brgy. Sicayab, Dipolog City who developed cough last April 27, 2021. She is a close contact of patient 1200. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 29, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently isolated.
- Patient 1202: A 57-year-old male from Brgy. Sicayab, Dipolog City who developed cough last April 25, 2021. He is a close contact of patient 1200. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 29, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently isolated.
- Patient 1203: A 36-year-old female from Brgy. Galas, Dipolog City. She is a close contact of patient 1157. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 29, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently isolated.
- Patient 1204: A 29-year-old male from Brgy. Villaramos, Manukan. She is a close contact of patient 1171. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 29, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently asymptomatic and isolated.

- Patient 1208: A 41-year-old female from Brgy. Lapatan, Labason who developed fever, fatigue and colds with altered sense of taste last April 21, 2021. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 29, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently isolated.
