A farmer wanted for the crime of murder was arrested by PNP personnel of 2nd Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Force Company and San Miguel Municipal Police Station (MPS) during the joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok 5, Brgy. Ocapan, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur at 5:00 PM of December 3, 2020.
The operation resulted in the arrest of Ronilo Tomindog Sayamba, 32 years, married, farmer and a resident of Purok5, Brgy. Ocapan, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Murder, docketed under Criminal Case No. 16-059 issued by Hon. Ruben N. Bance, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur dated March 23, 2017, with no recommended bail bond.
He is now under the temporary custody of San Miguel MPS for proper disposition.
